Room had no points for plugging in electrical adaptors, fridge was not working and breakfast was totally unorganized. Staff were very unhelpful

I stayed in room 104. The bathroom is tiny and the only place to put clothes and towels is hidden behind the toilet door... I left my cover-up there... I am 100% sure of it. I called 2 days later, upon returning from the trip, and no one had seen it!! I went back to the area this weekend and, just to be sure, I stopped by... they told me that I should have requested it within a month. Those are the housekeeper's rules! To me, what happened is very serious: in a 3-star hotel, having a dress stolen that was forgotten because it was hidden behind a door that, if left open, doesn't even allow you to sit on the toilet... Before having a housekeeper, one should be honest.

The hotel is certainly not worth 3 stars. It is dirty and worn in the common areas. The rooms, however, were clean. We left immediately after one night. The staff, however, is very friendly. They are not to blame for the fact that it has not been renovated or cleaned in years. The area is also dreadful. Never again.
