Just remember: it's a 3* hotel. You cannot ask for the moon. So you will not formalize for the aging (almost obsolete) furniture, or the worn carpet, or the tiny park, or the essential breakfast, or the not-so-supportive staff. You will root for the position - very close to the beach or the city center. Unless, you would start your consideration from the room charge, which I consider very expensive for what they offer. So everything drives to an unhappy ending, in which cost/benefit struggles to be acceptable. Fresh air needed...

For an event in Liguria area, we decide to choose a quiet hotel near the sea, this hotel is for tourist from Europe during the summer, i stayed three nights only. The breakfast was less then average the rooms are old but clean. conclusion; its good for short stay

I spent only one night at the hotel but I slept like never before! Very comfortable bed in. Very quite room with a nice terrace!!! Personal is very helpful and kind. Hotel is also in a very good position close to train station and very central. I will definitely come back!
