Dream Como

• Room: dilapidated. Damaged furniture, air conditioning that doesn't work (in the middle of summer...). • Bathroom: deplorable. Rusty faucets, worn-out fixtures, not what one expects from a 4-star hotel. • Common areas: very damaged. Only one elevator in working order out of all of them, which creates lines on the floors. • Gym: nothing works. Empty display case. • Pool: faded, uninviting. • Staff: friendly and available, the only real positive point. • Dining: decent, nothing more. The marketing (website, photos, descriptions) is perfectly polished. The reality is that of a hotel that no longer has anything to do with its posted category. At this price, you can find better 5 minutes away by car. Avoid with family; you leave before Disney thinking you'll relax a bit — you come out annoyed at having been taken for gullible tourists. Absolutely do not recommend.

We were happy to find a four-star hotel close to Como at a reasonable price. However, our experience was average or a bit below average. Check-in was bizarre… You actually cannot enter into the hotel. You have to stand outside at a window and check in with your credit card, ID, etc. It was freezing cold, and we did not appreciate that. The facility was very dated, but I must say it was clean. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom, average but acceptable, but the heating system was very noisy. It did not seem there were many people staying at this hotel, and I’m wondering if that’s because it is such an old facility with the problems I mentioned above. A final positive note: the breakfast was pretty good, and the lady running the breakfast room was very kind.

Beautiful luxury hotel very central and very clean very polite staff friendly environment. I recommend it to those who want a fair compromise
