Belvedere

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at the Belvedere Hotel in Bellagio and couldn't have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was welcoming, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself is immaculate, with beautiful gardens and breathtaking views over Lake Como. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent and we ate twice in the evenings which was one of the many highlights of the holiday. The location is ideal—just a short walk into the centre of Bellagio, making it easy to explore the shops and restaurants We would not hesitate to recommend the Belvedere Hotel to anyone visiting Lake Como and would love to return in the future. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so memorable.

Location and atmosphere is already spectacular at this beautiful property but what makes it truly special is its people. Attention to detail, personal greetings, getting to know you within hours and taking care of your every need. Spectacular stay. The restaurant is also something truly special.

Do not stay at this hotel. They trick you & show you nice rooms online. When you get there, they put you in rooms where you might as well be staying in a hostel for college kids. The rooms had bugs everywhere, I woke up with them in my hair. There is no decor, nothing. It is white walls, 3 pieces of furniture, no rugs. It felt like I was staying in a warehouse. This is not a 4 star hotel. When you complain they act like they have every right to put you in any room they want.
