Hotel Bellagio

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Genazzini and felt welcome from the moment we arrived! The interiors are beautiful and tastefully designed, and the location is simply perfect. Every member of staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more special. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and Tanya truly won our hearts. Her warmth and kindness made every morning something to look forward to. Thank you, dear Tanya. We love you! 🤍 Everything was perfect, and we would recommend this wonderful hotel 100%. This hotel was just fully renovated and it was so nice, clean and beautiful views right on the lake. The hotel booked us our private 2-hour boat tour with a pickup/dropoff right at the hotel since they are directly on the water. We stayed in a waterfront balcony room which was amazing and entertaining. The location was perfect....right in the middle of the Bellagio waterfront area and walkable to everything. The included breakfast was very good as well.

We had a truly memorable stay at Palazzo Genazzini, in Bellagio. We were won over by the extraordinary beauty of the location, the elegant and relaxed atmosphere and, above all, the care of the welcome. The staff proved to be professional, attentive and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. We also really appreciated the experiences offered, from the Venetian boat tour to the visit to the gardens of Villa Melzi, which allowed us to experience Lake Como from truly evocative perspectives. A splendid discovery that we highly recommend!
