Restaurant The service was fantastic until we had ordered and received our food. For the next hour no one came from the service staff - to pour wine, zero. To ask if the food was good - zero. The after we had finished a man appeared with the check - I asked for the manager and a young girl eventually came to us . I explained that the service was terrible and that my grilled fish was in fact fried and very greasy - she asked why I had waited until now to complain…..I paid and left. She said “sorry” but clearly did not care at all. A shame the place the wine and my wife’s food were excellent

Poor food poor service asking and forcing for tips and extra money charged over the menu prices never go they are doing wrong with customer very bad behaviour

We have visited the restaurant every year since 2018. The food is lovely and Guido is very service-minded. I highly recommend this restaurant.
