Miralago B&B and Apartments

We stayed 2 nights, the room is very clean so yes the bathroom is small but don't forget it's a 2 star. The hotel is about ten minutes walk from the center of Bellagio but not recommended for elderly people or strollers, many steps in cobblestones it climbs quite a bit. Regarding the person at the reception where I read a lot of negative reviews yes it's not the most smiling person I met but frankly for what little we saw it is not disturbing!

My friend and I booked this hotel 2 weeks before our stay. We called hours before arriving, letting them know we were coming a bit after 8 pm, as the ferry times indictated (their check-in policy is 8 pm). The receptionist could not have been ruder; she dismissed everything we said and hung up on us. We were unable to stay here because we arrived SHORTLY after 8 pm. Now our trip to Lake Como is cancelled. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and hurt because this place looked amazing, but the staff isn't accommodating to our needs. The staff needs to figure it out!!!!

This was our second visit to Hotel Miraligo, the first being 5 years ago. We knew all about the steps so this wasn’t a problem for us. This time we had rooms with balconies, a must do for the fabulous view. Francesca was a great host & helped us with things we needed to do whilst in Bellagio. We also booked a hire boat through her brother whilst there. Our holiday was part of a 7 hotel tour & this hotel served the best croissants by a mile out of all of them! Ordering breakfast in the evening was a little strange to start with but we got used to it & doing it this way saves waste! We had beer & Prosecco on the patio in the new sheltered area every night & we’re even treated to the most spectacular storm! We will definitely go back here.
