Our apartment was clean and spacious. No, not luxurious like the Grand Hotel, but perfect for adults and teenage child at a reasonable price. The view was amazing and the location to food, shopping and ferry were outstanding. Our flight was moved, so we had to cut our stay short, but wish we could have taken advantage of the indoor swimming pool and enjoyed the outdoor grounds more. The room doesn't have a coffee maker, but just a few minutes walk is a little "bar" with tables on the street. The apartment wasn't very soundproof as the family below us was clearly heard, but luckily they checked out the day after we checked in.

We’ve just returned from a three night stay here and can easily recommend. We had a large apartment and it provided more than enough space for the two of us, especially when you consider that we only really needed a base to shower and sleep. The kitchen seemed to have everything you need (not having a coffee machine - or even cafetière is unusual for a European apartment, but I checked on this beforehand so it wasn’t a surprise). Bathroom was fully stocked with toiletries. There’s a small supermarket a 5min walk away to stock up on drinks and snacks for when you’re not out and about. Also a pharmacy very close by should you need it. Full use of the main hotel is great, felt no different to any other resident. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel (€30 pp seemed steep even for Bellagio) but we did eat in La Goletta and had several cocktails from the hotel and pool bar, all was of very high quality but also very expensive. There probably are cheaper apartments in Bellagio, but none of them will provide you with the experience of being a guest at the Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni, just being able to use the entrance when others are walking past makes you feel very fancy. All in all, it’s an easy recommend. Let’s face it, you don’t go to Bellagio for a bargain break so you might as well splash out a little.

An amazing stay at the apartments behind the grand hotel Serbelloni that is bursting with history. We actually had an air b n b booked after a 4 night stay & lasted 1 night in the new place - we had to come back!! Great service, friendly people. You get to use all the amenities of the 5 star hotel & you are very much a part of it - you are also treated completely the same as guests staying in the main building :) a warning that drinks are very expensive (23 euros for an Aperol spritz) & the food is also expensive. Great central location, really couldn’t ask for better - right by all the bars and shops & near the ferry terminal. The apartments are basic but for the price I was completely satisfied and we were hardly in there! Our highlight was evening cocktails in the gorgeous bar and the beautiful pool over looking the lake - just stunning!!!
