Great hotel close to the train station and to the funicular that connects lower town to upper town. The room was clean and nice (the wallpaper has seen better times). The breakfast was great and staff nice and useful. There is also a bus (#1) that goes to the airport and stops close to the hotel entrance.

Great hotel fantastic location close to new town and train station and a short walk to funicular to the old town . This is our 3rd stay , always friendly welcoming staff to check in and any questions or taxi required . We were on 2nd floor over looking side st very quiet at night , large comfy bed , tea coffee kettle in room plus fridge with mini bar . Breakfast had great continental choices very fresh every day and well stocked. Our friends were on 3rd floor newly renovated rooms , which when we left told rest of rooms and downstairs due to be renovated. Only 20 mins away from Bergano airport taxi between 15€-23€ . Would definitely recommend this hotel if visiting Bergamo . Thank you to all staff for a wonderful stay xx

I had a great stay. The location is excellent — right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, transport, and the beautiful Città Alta. My single room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet; choosing a room at the back of the hotel meant I slept really well. The air conditioning was strong and reliable, which made a big difference during warm days. The standout was the staff — genuinely warm, helpful, and professional. A special mention to Martina, who was consistently lovely and made the stay feel personal and welcoming. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bergamo.
