Winter Garden Hotel

Spent 1 night at the hotel to grab an early flight the next day. Lovely modern hotel - we booked a Comfort Room and it was really spacious fabulous shower and air conditioning. Food in Onyx bar was lovely and staff were great. Overall a lovely stay and great value for money.

New hotel, not bad, with an excellent restaurant as well. But overall, not really good. The rooms are soulless, ugly style. The reception staff were not super kind; they charged the wrong card even after I told them I preferred to use another one, and when I pointed it out to them, the response was "what difference does it make," clearly not kind. Furthermore, the entrance signal to the parking lot is unclear, and you risk having to turn back. It is a base for the airport, but for that very reason, it might be better because they see thousands of customers.

A stay that exceeds expectations I spent a stay at the Winter Garden Hotel and I can say that it was a truly excellent experience in every aspect. The property is modern, elegant, and perfectly maintained. The rooms are refined, clean, and convey a pleasant feeling of comfort and relaxation from the moment you enter. The room was spacious, quiet, and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a quality stay. A special thanks goes to all the reception staff, always available, smiling, and professional, capable of making the guest feel welcomed with authentic cordiality. The SPA, which my wife had the pleasure of trying, deserves a special mention. She came out enthusiastic: elegant environment, impeccable cleanliness, relaxing atmosphere, and competent and attentive staff. An experience of true well-being that we highly recommend to anyone who wishes to treat themselves to a few hours of relaxation. The restaurant and bar completed the stay impeccably, with high-level cuisine, excellent cocktails, and service that was always up to par. Overall, the Winter Garden Hotel represents a perfect balance between hospitality, comfort, well-being, and excellent gastronomy. It is a property that I recommend with conviction both for a business trip and for a couple's weekend. Compliments to the Management and the entire staff for the professionalism and passion that they put into serving guests every day. We will definitely be back.
