Acceptable, for the category it belongs to. Too crowded with excessively large, noisy groups, with peaks of tangible rudeness. The food is good, but the setup is like a cafeteria, all focused on haste: the chosen dishes are not available after a few minutes. They practically rush you out of the dining room, all in all with pleasure, because all you can hear is shouting. What a shame, it could have been an otherwise acceptable hotel.

This is the second time we have come back to this lovely hotel. Great location, well-kept and constantly evolving spaces, friendly and prepared staff. Then there are Stefania and Lucia who make you feel at home, attentive to every need. With two small girls and a small injury on the ski slopes, they pampered us and helped us to better manage this emergency. We will be back.

The room was comfortable. Breakfast did not meet our expectations. Tour groups are accepted and the hotel is converted into a discotheque. An Schlaf was even in the 3. Stick not to think. Nor were we informed of this in advance. Wi-Fi and sauna use is subject to a fee and should be possible from 3pm to 7pm. However, we had to ask several times to turn on the sauna, which of course was only usable 1 hour later.
