I was happily surprised by this new property in Bormio. Spacious room, we had an immense suite, and everything was new and designed in detail, really beautiful. Very comfortable bed and finally some blackout curtains that actually block out light! Everything perfect, excellent breakfast, if we really want to find a small flaw maybe the service at breakfast was a bit slow, but we are on vacation so I don't see it as a big problem!

The property was spotless, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained throughout. The city itself is fantastic—great atmosphere and very easy to get around. The apartment had a lot to offer, including a full kitchen with a big fridge and all necessary kitchen utensils. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast—it was absolutely superb! It does not have air conditioning, which made the room a bit warm at times, and the mattress on the bed was far too firm and rough on the back for a fully comfortable night's sleep. Otherwise, it was a lovely experience, and with an air conditioner and a softer mattress, it would have been perfect!

For years we have been frequenting this hotel for a few days relaxing with the family. Beautiful rooms, wonderful breakfasts... but people make the difference here. Francesca, Nicolò and Manuel at reception, Greta at breakfast, the team that takes care of the rooms and the evening bar are the real pearl of this place.
