Hotel Residence 3 Signori

I had chosen this hotel thanks to the reviews I read, but our experience was disappointing. 1980s property that should be modernized. The family suite we booked was very spacious, a real three-room apartment with two bathrooms. However, the kitchen can only be used for an additional daily cost, one bathroom had a window and one was windowless, there were 3 closets but made of particle board that crumbled just by touching them, beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The room was only made up in the afternoon, so if we returned to the room earlier we still found everything as we had left it in the morning. The sandwich crumbs remained where they were for our entire stay, who knows how they do the cleaning. Little privacy on the -1 floor, balcony and terrace continuous with the neighbors, so anyone can pass in front of your room (you have to stay with the blackout curtains closed even during the day). The breakfast was of low quality and scarce in quantity and variety. Part of the buffet is in an inaccessible area and is served by the waiter; you cannot serve yourself. No information about allergens was visible at the buffet; if I hadn't asked, I would have eaten a cake with almond flour, which I am allergic to. The dinner buffet looked like a cafeteria, one of those corporate ones from the 80s: mediocre food quality, many frozen and tasteless foods. Even though booking through their website gives you access to the pool and spa, they make you pay 5€ for a bathrobe and 3€ for a very thin towel that you have to reuse for the entire stay: for 5 people, it becomes annoying after having paid handsomely for the family suite. Paid parking, for a change. The mini club is truly ridiculous, with games that are all broken and old, and a young girl put there who is incapable of entertaining the children, and absolutely unreliable, seeing as if the small children leave the room she doesn't even notice, with the risk that they might get lost or wander around alone (which is what happened to my daughter). Or worse, she leaves the room herself and leaves the children alone (another thing that happened to me). You think you can entrust your daughter for a few minutes to play with someone put there for that purpose, and instead, you absolutely cannot trust them! This is truly unacceptable! There is a trampoline and a bouncy castle that are both dirty and in poor condition. At least there were two foosball tables that the children could play with. The pool table was for a fee. The landscape is spectacular.

Clean and very beautiful property. Kind and helpful staff. Beautiful view The only drawbacks are the kitchenette in the suite and the paid parking (impossible to find parking outside and near the property)

Professionalism, courtesy, organization, excellent cuisine. Perfect vacation. Roberto and Tiziana M.
