Modern hotel, in a not-so-nice area, but with an excellent location (10 minutes from the station and 15 from the center of Brescia). The room has the right size and modern, essential furnishings, with all the comforts. Friendly and helpful staff. The choice for breakfast could be improved: it is limited compared to the standard I am used to, having traveled a lot. Good value for money.

The hotel is located outside the city center. However, it is easily reachable on foot. The hotel offers a parking garage as well as a free outdoor parking lot. The room was sufficiently large. Everything was clean and worked. There were enough outlets and the wifi was good. The breakfast is good by Italian standards. However, one should not expect international standards.

It is a pleasure to stay at AC Hotel Brescia by Marriott. I have been making this hotel my home base for every trip I have taken to Italy since 2024! Why? Because of the people who take care of this place. Every single person who works here is passionate about making it the best possible place for their guests to stay. I believe that the leader of an organization or a team in a hotel is key to the experience offered to the guests. And AC Hotel Brescia by Marriott is fortunate to have such a leader who sets the right tone of genuine hospitality. Until the middle of last year, it was Mr. Nicolas Rabot who led the team impeccably, inspiring commitment and passion in each member of the team. In mid-2025, after Mr. Rabot retired, Mr. Leonardo Voltan came south to Brescia from the mountains of Bolzano and took charge of the hotel. He inherited a team that had been in place for a while, which is invariably a challenging situation to come into. With his leadership style of “lead by example” to pursue excellence in every aspect of the hotel’s operation, Mr. Voltan has taken firm hold of the reins and continued to make AC Hotel Brescia a sought-after property that travelers like me can’t wait to get back to. Every member of the team, all the way from the front desk to house-keeping, maintenance, operations, finance, bar & restaurant, is committed to their vocation and passionate about serving their guests. I can’t wait to get back to AC Hotel Brescia and enjoy this wonderful team’s hospitality. Keep up the good work!
