Best Western Master

It was my first time at the Hotel Master in Brescia, where I don't often happen to stay for work. Overall, it is an interesting property that offers a good experience, even if with ample room for improvement on some fundamental aspects. The positive sides: - The Suite and the Welcome: Since there were no other rooms available, I stayed in the suite. I must say that the room is remarkable, spacious, and offers a truly interesting view of the Brescia castle. - The Treatment: Kudos to the management and staff, as I was treated very well from a financial standpoint, with them meeting me halfway on the final price of the room. The downsides: - The Air Conditioning: For me, air conditioning is essential. Although I had set the thermostat to 18°C, the system never managed to adequately cool the suite's environment, leaving the room too hot for my standards. - The Breakfast: From a 4-star property of this level, one expects much more. I found it decidedly poor, both regarding the variety of choices and the general quality. A particular demerit for the total lack of fresh fruit. In summary: A good hotel with excellent potential and very helpful staff, but one that absolutely must fix the air conditioning power and enrich the breakfast to truly live up to its 4 stars. I would return hoping for these improvements.

I have stayed at this hotel twice; nothing can be said about the restaurant and the girls at the reception, in fact, compliments to the staff and the quality of the food. As for the room, let's just say it was pitiful: a €270 per night room filled with cigarette butts on the terrace, mold on the wall, limescale in the shower, and hydro jets that were coming off, and it was also poorly cleaned to the point that brown material came out, and I had to empty and clean it before using it! I am attaching photos, of course! Moreover, no refund and a total lack of response to the email with photos from customers who spend! We even booked the private spa to show how much I spent in one day, and some hydro jets didn't even work! Truly impressive! And thank you for the fact that you really couldn't be bothered to respond and apologize! Clean the rooms because people spend money!!!
