Hotel Belvedere

Stay of 8 nights for tourism. Spacious room, well-equipped (air conditioning, heaters, wifi, bathroom with shower-sink-bidet-toilet, desk, nice and practical wardrobe), extremely clean. Side view, double glazing, and blackout shutters. Super bedding, excellent mattress, very wide. The room is cleaned every day, and the hotel, as a whole, is very well maintained. The breakfast is Italian, and the cappuccino is delicious. Family management, efficient, discreet, and attentive. Public transport (boats and buses) is a 10-minute walk away. This is an exceptional hotel in every way, charming and very friendly.

passing through Lake Iseo I decide to stay in this hotel located almost on the shore of the lake. I was greeted by the owner who wore a t-shirt with flashy sweat halos and flip-flops. After the preliminaries of the recording I am escorted to the room and here I open up a world hitherto unknown! Hotel? I would call it an inn on par with one of the slums of Calcutta... a horrible nightmare thing!!! - the ceiling of the decadent bathroom - insects in the room - electrical system with flying wires and improvised connections - dirt - smells dirty - air conditioning not working I stop here because it only bothers me that I have to remember .. a nightmare! Back at the reception I point out to the owner the discomfort and I am answered that it was not so bad ... mha!!! I ask where to have dinner and I point out a Pinocchio restaurant a hundred meters away and affiliated feel what a genius: a customer of the "hotel" goes to this restaurant informs the waiter that he is a customer of the "hotel" Belvedere so he is shown another menu ... as if he were the son of the servant (so to speak) in a nutshell the bill had to be paid by deducting 20 euros that you pay to the "hotel" and the restaurant the excess amount: - Covered - a pizza with double buffalo - a bottle of water total 28 euros!!! at the restaurant I paid only 8 euros!!! In the morning I go to the reception and I am served breakfast ... packaged products purchased in large retailers!!! The bill: 94 euros (room + dinner)!!! shameful!!! It's fair to ask why there are these realities ... why no one controls? the mayor of Lovere ... public safety and health authorities ... why does not he intervene? in my opinion there are no health and safety conditions to classify that "hotel" as an accommodation facility!!! it should be closed!!

Dirty, moldy walls, unusable tableware, nauseating smell along the stairs, noise from the restaurant hood until late and smell of fried food entering the apartment. It's not even worth half of what we spent. It is not acceptable
