Unfortunate experience when trying to book a 2 days 30 person corporate meeting; email exchange was very quick, we booked the congress, were asked for a non refundable bank transfer payment or a credit card to secure the dates; I proceeded as normal by sending my corporate attendees all the meeting details, only to receive the morning after an email from the hotel confirming everything except for the second day of our corporate meeting, as the room was busy. Obviously this 'error' costed me and my company a loss of money and we had to recall all messages showing lack of professionally. I do not recommend this hotel for any corporate event. There are more options in Milano that really value and respect corporate time.
