I stayed at this hotel for work. The staff is very courteous and the location strategic because very well connected to the metro. However, my vote goes to the room ... I slept with the skin of the head of the bed coming off, there was no minibar, no air conditioning or water came out for several hours; the air conditioning was also terribly old and made a continuous noise that forces you to turn it off to be able to rest. Of everything I have the videos to testify, I attach screenshots of the same, because it seemed absurd for a four-star having to wash my hair in the sink because there was no hot water or not being able to walk with socks because the wooden parquet ruined to the point of hurting the plant. I conclude with the bathroom door that did not open or close completely because it slammed with the floor.... At least the breakfast was decent and heartened me before checking out. It was really difficult my stay. I would not repeat....

Chilling experience. This hotel is classified as 4 stars, but sincerely struggles to reach the level of a suburban pension. Cleanliness is simply non-existent. Dirt everywhere: neglected room, old and ruined furnishings, dust on all surfaces. The bathroom was the lowest point of the living room: toilet cup already dirty on arrival, bidet full of pubic hair, broken shutter, damaged accessories and floor so filthy that walking on it with a towel the underside turned black. A really disgusting scene. The pillows were completely smashed and unusable, I had to fold them to be able to sleep. The additional blanket on the bed clearly gave the impression that it had not been sanitized and had already been used by other guests. Constant feeling of poor hygiene and total lack of care. Inconvenient area: parking is a challenge. But after seeing the condition of the structure, parking becomes the least of the problems. The situation was so unacceptable that I even gave up breakfast, so as not to make the experience even worse. Nightmarish stay in every respect. If you value your hygiene, comfort and the dignity of a hotel stay, stay away. Milan offers endless alternatives: go a few more kilometers but avoid this place. Never again.
