It is a central hotel, very practical for all travel, as its location facilitates access to transport and attractions. The cleanliness in the premises was on a good level, which contributed to a pleasant stay. However, there are several points that need to be improved. On the 7th floor there was no Wi-Fi, a problem that seems to concern the hotel more generally. The breakfast was moderate and when a product was finished, it was not renewed, which created a negative impression. Regarding the reception staff, in general they could show more interest and willingness to serve the customer. An exception was a polite girl, who stands out for good behavior and willingness.

The hotel is located right next to Milano Centrale station so perfect for early starts or late arrivals. Don't be put off by the old fashioned lift to the reception or the shabby courtyard entrance. Internally, the hotel is modern and bright and the rooms are comfortable, modern and well equipped. Free water and coffee provided and plenty of space for luggage and hanging up clothes.
