Absolutely amazing hotel. Nothing was too much trouble! Immaculately clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was lovely and the free shuttle to the metro was an absolute bonus. An excellent base for our trip to a Milan. Highly recommended.

We stayed in this hotel for only one night, while passing through on our way home. The hotel is in a strategic location for those who do not want to go into Milan/Assago since it remains very exposed to the ring road. Also recommended for those who want to reach the Maura racetrack (by car, not by public transport - although it seems it is doable). Unfortunately, I find myself giving two stars because in such a short stay we had two mishaps that I do not expect in such a hotel, especially considering the price per night. Shortly after we were in the room, two ladies from the staff opened the room with a master key without knocking or warning. Clearly we notified the staff and the manager himself apologized personally..the second unpleasant episode happened during the shower: the body wash and shampoo dispensers had not been refilled. It is a shame that if you notice it at midnight while you are already in the shower it is certainly not pleasant..one last note: the room appeared generally clean, it is a shame to have found some crumbs on the floor. Reception staff very kind and helpful.

I booked with a “day use” package: hotel room plus pool. There are only 12 umbrellas and about twenty lounge chairs, plus a few chairs and small tables. Practically impossible to find an available lounge chair, considering that people race to occupy the sunbed first and faster. But how can you have a pool in a giant hotel and have only about twenty sunbeds? But don't even sell the packages if you then cannot guarantee a spot for everyone! Very slow reception, half an hour to check in. Non-existent bar, if you are hungry and want a snack you find frozen stuff from the fridge that no one heats up for you and to pay you get back in line at the reception together with the line of those who are checking in and checking out. All a hassle that it would have been better to save 90 dollars and stay at home on the couch. At least I could lie down.
