Hotel Bogart 2

Pension information must be a little out of date, there is no air conditioning in the room, it no longer works, there is a simple fan! This Pension does not have the quality of a 3 star! There is a pestilent smell in the bathroom (sewer?) A serious renovation is required, flaking paint, holed carpets! On the plus side: Pension well placed, well connected by public transport. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Comfortable hotel with a family and collected atmosphere. Reception open 24 hours a day. Friendly staff. It has a good price-quality ratio. Rooms are cleaned every day. We didn't have breakfast. The hotel is safe and a little far from the center of Milan but easily accessible by metro

My husband and I stayed here for one night while visiting Milan in June 2018. The check in was easy and all staff encounters were pleasant and friendly. They had no issues calling taxis for us whenever we needed and the taxis responded quickly so that was nice. The hotel is not in the best location - we didn’t fee the most comfortable walking around the area and it wasn’t centrally located to the sites. This is an older style European hotel that has an actual key for your room door which you must leave every time you go out. This is something I am not the most comfortable with, but it can be common in Europe. The room did have a safe, so we weren’t worried about our valuables going missing. The room was clean, but not the greatest. The AC was quite loud and the bed was terribly uncomfortable - neither my husband or I slept well at all. The bathroom is quite large, but has a very small stand up shower which made it difficult to bend down to wash our feet or shave my legs. This place did the trick, but not somewhere I would stay again.
