Hotel Florence

My girlfriend had trouble falling and staying asleep for two out of three nights due to the noise insulation. I could not sleep for two out of three nights because there was an extremely loud snorer in the room next door, waking me up repeatedly despite earplugs. My girlfriend confirmed that the snoring was so loud that she could hear it in the hallway. The receptionist actually said this: "There is a bathroom in between." With that, she indirectly accused me of lying! I had to endure a second sleepless night (on the third night, the guest next door left, and I was "only" awakened by the shower next door). I have never experienced such treatment of guests before. I have never encountered such treatment of guests before. Even without extreme snorers next door, one can hear voices from the hallway and neighboring rooms, noises from the corridor and the adjacent bathrooms, and street noise (even with the window closed). Additionally negative: The rooms are very small, the bathroom in my room was old, the shower was small and did not have a handheld showerhead.

100% recommended. Large rooms, good quality/price, very good location 5 minutes from Loreto metro station (allows you to see the whole Duomo center, Scala theater, etc) Quiet area, good breakfast and perfect service. I recommend it.

A nice hotel opposite a park and walking distance to restaurants. Even at night the park and the area didn't look dangerous. Hotel was simple with really good service and luggage storage was available if you rocked up at the hotel well before the check in time, like us. Room is quiet big but with basic furniture and utensils.
