Hotel Salus

The value for money: a star not deserved. The room was tiny, the width of the double bed. One large towel and one small towel for 2 people. The bathroom was too narrow with a broken crank blind, impossible to lower or raise. The seals were not very clean. The room had rustic comfort, faced a very noisy street, and was poorly insulated from neighboring rooms. No elevator. More seriously: the hotel tried to cancel our reservation by email 2 days before our arrival. During our phone exchange to try to get an explanation, we were told that the hotel was overbooked even though our room had been reserved and paid for 2 months ago. We refused to modify our reservation and received a second email with the modified reservation date. Second call, we were assured that it was an automatic email that should not be taken into account. On the day of our arrival, our reservation had been moved without our consent, and we had to wait almost 30 minutes for a room to be assigned to us.

I would call it a dive not a hotel, we stayed for 2 nights. Our experience was obviously negative, we have never stayed in a hotel so dilapidated, dirty and dangerous because my boyfriend has also contracted fungal infections in contact with dirty sheets! Be careful!!!

Good hotel , rich and very good breakfast , the location is great , the only flaw is the rudeness of customers who slam the door of the room at any time there is no sound insulation within the structure , in fact customers arriving late at night you hear everything ....
