Nice and helpful staff. Room was of good size, and clean. Room was not silent. Outside noise always disturbs. During summer, room window has to be opened due to no fan/ventilator which makes night little uncomfortable. Hotel is little far from center but transportation is accessible to reach center. Good restaurants, shops are within 10 min walk. It was nice experience.

I read the reviews of the place before posting mine, my experiences are a little different from other reviewers, I suppose. The room we had (230) was an excellent size, in the evening we oppned the windows and shutters (that took some effort) to let some light and breeze in, it also let in plenty of noise, but that was my own choice. Seemed clean enough, the guy out the front during the day was ok, the woman on during the evening may have been eating lemons, her face was that sour. For myself, it was just a place to stay one night - it was what it was.

We came to Milano at about 10 pm on easter (pasqua), so we had to take what we could get. The first Impression of the Hotel is bad. First of all the Hotel seems to be in an area of streetprostitution. Second of all you have no direct access to the Entrance/Exit, because it is controlled with an electric door opener by the consierge. So it seems that the Hotel is in a bad area. The room we took was in the first floor. You could smell the smoke which was very disturbing during the sleep - even with opened windows. Later we closed the windows because of the streetnoise, but because we could still hear the noise we opened the windows again. The door of the room was noisily shaking, because it was not closing properly. The bathroom was ok cleaned, only the toilet seat was broken. We needed a hairdryer, but you get one only one when you ask for it. Every Hotel I was before in Italy had one in the bathroom, so this was disappointing. The bedsheets looked clean. The breakfast on the next day was ok, but I would still recommend you a Breakfast in a cafe. I wanted a espresso (caffé) and for my wife a cappuccino. We both got a Nesquik-Choko-Drink. I asked why I cant get a espresso, the answer was that the coffeemachine died. The Service has no smile on their face, and looks annoyed. Worst thing was, when the female consierge threatened my wife kind of disrespectful.
