Mi Hotel

This hotel is a total rip-off! We booked a triple room for 3 people, assuming the price we paid was the full and final price but no, we had to pay an additional 120 euros + city tax each, adding another 300$ to the total cost of the room because the triple room price is only for one person, not including the other two guests. Not labeled anywhere on the website and we wouldn't have booked had we known. Also had to pay a "tourist fee" on top of the city tax which I've never had to do before in any European country I've visited. Far from everything and it took a minimum of 15-20 minutes to reach any sort of tram or bus. Not worth your money and your better off staying literally anywhere else.

I had the immense misfortune of staying, just for one night, in this WORLD hotel, arriving with a small group on Friday evening at 7.09pm I began the most surreal and annoying check in of my life, with the worst concierge in the world. hotel in the galaxy, immoral, incapable, isolating...I received the key (demagnetized) at 7.38pm, yes 7.38pm... advance payment 20 minutes for the invoice, microscopic room, without bidet and with used bar of soap in the shower , terrible breakfast ... I think the worst hotel in Milan ... one star ... when asked to receive the key leaving the document and credit card, the receptionist refused to let us go up to the room even though he had underlined that we were in a hurry for dinner...40 minutes for a check in, never seen before...highly discouraged

Check-in in the evening at 1.30 very slow, and which also became a check-out (they asked you for immediate payment), dusty room and not clean bathroom. The price/quality ratio is very poor.
