Moonrose

It 's the second time we stay at this B & B; easy to book directly on the phone with the Rosa sra, very kind and helpful; easy to find and a few minutes from Malpensa terminal 2 (in our case we traveled with EasyJet) and also from terminal 1; the rooms are spacious as well as the bathrooms, all very clean, nothing is missing; breakfast is with packaged products but more than enough when you do at 4 am; the coffee machine is with pods and for tea there is a kettle; it is like staying in your own home, Rosa sra made us find in the room croissants, jam, Nutella, biscuits, biscuits, fruit juices; parking is easily in front, being a residential area; I would say everything great and we keep it as a reference point on other occasions !

Not a very professional outfit. I guess it doesn't matter much when you have a good location but I would be careful because you might just show up without a room and be left scrambling at the airport like we were.

I booked last night in Milan in this hotel near the airport because my flight was in the morning and they advertised a shuttle bus service. I called their office for 2 days before my stay and nobody picked up the phone, the line was busy all the time and it was too late to cancel the room. I had to cut my stay in the city and get to the airport where info desk told me their cell number which was also busy non-stop. As a result I had to sleep in the airport first time in my life (taxi won't take you to Moonrose & no internet connection in the airport). Terrible experience! These people shouldn't be in hotel business!
