Motel Charlie

I stayed at this facility for work reasons, encountering some positive aspects related to logistics and the room. The hotel, located outside the urban center, has a well-kept exterior and offers the undeniable advantage of being able to park the car directly in front of the accommodation. The room proved to be spacious and equipped with a comfortable hot tub in the bathroom. However, the experience was heavily penalized by several issues. Upon my arrival, I noticed a strong and persistent smell of smoke, a detail that was not mentioned at all during the booking process. In response to my report and the subsequent request for a room change, the management insisted on an additional charge of 18 euros, a commercial policy that I find inadequate for resolving a service disruption not attributable to the guest. Moreover, the sound insulation of the accommodation proved to be completely insufficient, as noises from outside were clearly audible both during the night and in the early morning hours, starting as early as 6:00 AM, severely compromising the quality of rest.

As mentioned for one/two nights can go, convenient location for what I had to do, it is basically an American-style motel with the car parked in front of the room, concierge service with entrance bars make it quite safe, cleanliness acceptable, but do not look too much. Breakfast below average

Fairly clean. Park your car practically in front of the room. BUT, why do you give the opportunity to smoke in the room? An unbearable stench that made sleep almost impossible, it tasted like smoke, curtains, walls, armchairs. Then, not even a closet to be able to store a simple shirt. In my opinion, I don't think it's 4-star. Mediocre!
