New Moon Resort & Hostel

Let me put it clear: I've been to more than 200 hotels and hostels in my life. Some of them were good, some of them were bad, some of them were pretty crappy. But nothing, absolutely nothing comes close to the experience I had in this terrible place. It's by far the worse experience I have ever had in my entire life. And I'm no millennial who says that about every time someone write their name incorrectly on starbucks. Staff is incredibly rude, cheeky and they aren't anywhere when you possibly need them. They enforce some terms on the place that are not written ANYWHERE when you book your reservation. And you have to guess how to find this sheethole. There are no signs, nothing at all. You're far away from everything, the place looks like the perfect spot for some crackheads to crash by. I'm seriously annoyed that this place is still open and there are some people rating them as anything above "hideous".

The hostel is located in a quite district and not far away from Sempione park. People are friendly the service is not bad but the breakfast is poor : only one croissant and a cup of coffee. You coulden`t get more or order.

We had a private room for 4. It was like a hotel! Super clean, hot water, big bathroom, fridge... Exactly as we saw in the pictures. Everything was perfect except thr location, a bit far away. It was about 12€ to the station by taxi. Would definitely come back!!!!
