I really liked this hotel - the staff are great first of all, so friendly and helpful, really makes a stay enjoyable and relaxing. The room was comfortable and cool, and I loved the terrace area on the first floor, really nice having a coffee out there! Also very good location in the middle of the city - not far from both main rail stations and tram stops etc. for exploring the beautiful city of Milan and beyond. Would definitely book again if coming back to Milano :-)

I do not like those who treat customers superficially; customers are not room numbers or credit cards but people first and foremost. If you add the cleaning staff who ride the elevator with you without giving a greeting or a smile, the hallways leading to the rooms are very sad, and the rooms are lined up, I would give it 2 stars and remove it from the chain that always surprises me with its lack of consistency, with no middle ground or excellent value for money or failures.

We had a very brief visit to Milan. The Ibis Styles was ideal. It was in an excellent location - near to Milano Central Station and Lima metro. Next door to the hotel was a café, there was also a pizzeria across the road, and a little supermarket was just around the corner. Staff at the hotel were very pleasant and the public areas of the hotel were very clean. Our room was clean and very comfortable. An excellent stay all round.
