Cost: €147 per night, breakfast included, plus €10 city tax. For those who prefer to stay in the hotel for dinner, there is the restaurant The Hall, which offers good cuisine. Recommended.

I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Milan and had a very positive experience overall. The location was excellent, being situated right next to our offices, approximately 25 minutes by car from Linate Airport and around a 10-minute walk from Milan Central Station, making it very convenient for both business and travel connections. The check-in process was quick and efficient, although I felt the staff could have been a little more welcoming and engaged, as they appeared somewhat uninterested during my arrival. I stayed in a room on the 13th floor. The hotel has a modern feel throughout, and my room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very contemporary in design. The views from the room were excellent, adding to the overall experience. The bed was particularly impressive—large, comfortable, and perfect for a good night’s sleep after a busy day. Breakfast was relatively simple but offered a good selection of quality items and was an enjoyable start to the day. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to both business and leisure travellers looking for a modern, well-located base in Milan.

The location of the hotel is convenient for the main station, but a little sketchy down a back street - I wouldn’t want my wife or daughter arriving here alone late at night. Room was good: big, good bathroom; nice bed. Breakfast was generally pretty poor. Some nice touches like tea selection and fresh honeycomb, but generally the food was all lowest quality. Absence of any fresh breakfast juice (they provided fizzy artificial juice from a machine) was a particular low light. This is never a 4 star hotel. In the UK the bog standard Premier Inn breakfast is marginally better. I wouldn’t stay at an UNA again. It wasn’t awful, but I’d rather take a gamble on somewhere else.
