Hotel Il Castelletto

I state that I have been a loyal customer for years now me and my family but aimé, this year it 'did not go really well. We booked for Christmas lunch as every year, and as usual we requested a secluded corner table x be quiet 1 xchè with us we take our little dog and x respect for other guests / waiters and a tranquility even ours we have always found very comfortable staying in private corners and the 2'xun reason +personal , only that on our arrival without even having had the correctness to notify us first by email / tel we found ourselves in a central table in front of the console (imagine) , I asked for explanations and I was just told look sorry but we had a problem and we put it there ... practically ruined day, with regular customers I would have used more correctness not to do us at the last this surprise .... if then the director wants to deepen the 2'motivation (the one that created many + inconveniences) more specifically in private available ... will be a case I do not know... every year I always receive the review questionnaire evaluating how we found ourselves but strangely this year nothing, email received but without form .. I have reported several times but to date it has not been sent to me anymore... I am sorry I had to write this publicly here but I was told by email after my 3 report that they had problems with the link and that I could have exposed my review on the site... there you go.. I state that the structure director and lunch is all very welcome but we would not be many years their customers but aimé after this surprise received I doubt a little 'in a future booking, because if we agree on one thing I do not find correct arrive and end up elsewhere creating many inconveniences to us all..... unfortunately it was not a nice afternoon unlike all previous years, honestly I would like to explain the problems we had to the director ... then I wonder, how come, why this impropriety? I would still like to explain it sincerely, x I also happened ... x.

My daughter celebrated her eighteenth birthday at the restaurant “Il Castelletto” in the Torre room. The staff dedicated to the room, was distinguished by courtesy, availability and sympathy, specifically Mr. Hani, who followed the event; the aperitif was plentiful and with quality food appreciated by all guests. The environment was elegant and welcoming and everything met the expectations of the birthday girl and friends invited. The organization of the party, followed from start to finish by Mrs. Alessia l, was impeccable! We absolutely recommend the experience to everyone

Good morning, I stayed on New Year's Eve so 31/12, in the Shanghai suite. First of all in the room it was 28/29 degrees and we had to ask the reception to lower it because you can not alone. Secondly, it said that on New Year’s Eve it included a bottle, a balloon kit and some chef’s treats. The bottle was hot because THE REFRIGERATOR WAS NOT WORKING. The balloon kit was absolutely not there, there was only ONE BALLOON, which was supposed to stand on but was on the ground. The chef's treats were THREE COOKIES, very good though. The shutter/shutter pulled up but struggled to get down. Not to mention breakfast the next day. Very poor buffet with dishes and cutlery all dirty. For the money we spent, it's really not worth it. Although very nice room, well kept and clean. Reception and very friendly staff.
