Unfortunately, my experience at the Holiday Inn Milan Nord Zara on 6/16 was very disappointing. For the second consecutive time, I was given linen that was not adequately clean: this time I found a towel with obvious blood stains. This is an unacceptable situation for any accommodation facility, and it is even more serious considering that it is not an isolated incident. During my stay, I immediately reported the problem, and I was assured that I would be contacted by the hotel manager for clarification and to handle the complaint. As of today, however, I have not received any communication. I find it particularly disappointing not only the lack of attention to cleanliness but also the failure to respect the commitments made to the customer. I hope that management takes these reports seriously and adopts concrete measures to improve the quality control of the linen and the handling of complaints.

Second time in this hotel that once again met expectations. Courteous welcome, comfortable rooms, good breakfast and convenient secure parking

Very friendly helped at the reception. Room was very neat and clean. Good beds, sturdy. Neat bathroom and good shower. Rooms are a bit noisy: we sat next to a room where young children stayed, they made a lot of noise, we suffered from that. Breakfast was very good. Quality of dinner we found less, dishes not well warm and little taste. The hotel is located a bit from the center of Milan, but easily accessible by public transport. Supermarket is around the corner, so convenient.
