We enjoyed our aperitif on the wonderful terrace with a lake view and dessert in the fantastic indoor lounge, accompanied by piano notes made magical by maestro Luca Attanasio. An enchanting place and superb service led by the professional and friendly Head Maitre d' Alessandro. We will return with great pleasure Cristina and Mario

A wonderful evening in the company of splendid friends! Priceless atmosphere, welcoming environment starting with the kindness and cordiality of the maitre d' Alessandro and his collaborators. We enjoyed an aperitif on the terrace overlooking the lake, listening to excellent music. We then entered the lobby of the Verri bar, we ordered dessert and coffee, in a hushed atmosphere almost like a movie, getting emotional with the pianist's wonderful music. We will definitely be back!

How could a hotel in this calibre doesn’t have proper A/C everywhere? The room’s temperature was not cool enough and we could not sleep. Even the common areas are not properly air conditioned. The 3 types of pillows are ridiculous. Why don’t they ask which pillows does the guest prefers rather than giving 3 different pillows?
