Hotel 400 meters above sea level but still five minutes from the lake. Large and very clean room, ours with partial views of a glimpse of the lake. As a negative I point out the breakfast little varied, with industrial products and usable only from 8:30.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel in the fall. The experience was rather positive but a few small details darken the picture a little. The good news is that they can be erased quite easily. A few hooks or coat racks are missing to allow you to dry damp clothes after a hike in the rain, especially since the heating is not the most efficient... There is a lack of hangings capable of blocking daylight to not being woken up at sunrise (which passes through the shutters which do not close properly...). In a coffee country like Italy, sachets of "Nescafé" in the room are average... The bedding could be more comfortable (very hard mattresses and pillows)... The house wine is to avoid... In short, these kinds of details which can easily be improved. Apart from that, the hotel has a large and accessible parking lot, which is not necessarily the case everywhere on Lake Como. The location is also a big plus: we are quiet outside the city but close to everything. A path even allows you to reach the center of the village in 30 minutes. Finally, breakfast has sweet and savory options to please everyone.
