Wonderful hotel in the heart of Como, perfectly located close to the Cathedral, restaurants, shops and the beautiful lakeside. We stayed in a Superior Room, which was beautifully clean, spacious and extremely comfortable, with plenty of shelves and cupboards for storage. The bathroom was also a good size, with plenty of hot water and all the necessary toiletries provided. Breakfast offered a great selection of both hot and cold dishes, and the coffee was very good. ** The only thing we would have appreciated was a little more fresh vegetables at breakfast! The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We especially appreciated the pleasant service from both the reception staff and the breakfast team, who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful hotel in an excellent location. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel enjoys a wonderful location in the heart of the city, with small parking place available. While the rooms are somewhat dated, they are impeccably clean and well maintained, and the air conditioning ensures a comfortable stay. The beds are on the firmer side, which may not suit every guest. Breakfast was perfectly adequate, offering everything one would expect to start the day. Overall, it is an excellent choice for anyone seeking a clean, comfortable hotel in a prime location.

We stayed several nights in this hotel, the only plus of this establishment is its location in the city center; for the rest, I am disappointed, outdated room with basic furniture, overlooking the parking lot, which is the entrance to this hotel, you are subjected to the hum of the vehicles that park or that the owner has extended, without a meter on the delivery trucks. Breakfast served at 7:30 AM, I find it too late for those who want to set off on an adventure very early. This one is very basic, industrial, nothing exceptional. Really mediocre. The staff, I would go directly except for the very charming and helpful young ladies. The others, whom I assume are the owners, are very haughty and not very pleasant. Bad experience. Disappointed with the services, expensive for the quality-to-price ratio.
