When I first arrived, it was a culture change forI I just spent four days in Stresa and Lake Maggiore. Eva and Eduardo shooed me into a small room with a single bed in 89°, asked if it’s OK, took my passport, told me there’s a bar on the corner for a sandwich, and then left. No bottle of water or anything to greet me. I made the best of it and did all I can to take care of myself. I went to the bar, had some refreshments and some lasagna. I am 75 years old, traveling solo and having breathing problems in the heat wave that what’s happening in northern Italy was challenging for me. The next day at breakfast, Eva, Eduardo and I communicate . Eduardo used technology to translate what we were saying. They worked out this communication plan and what a difference it made to me and to all of us. How perceptive and intentional of them to identify a solution to a language barrier. That showed that they had a lot of respect for me. I was scheduled to move to a room with a larger bed for the next two nights. That made all the difference. The room on the third floor is so comfortable that you hardly believe it’s the same B&B that you experienced the previous night. Sometimes first impressions are not the only impressions and not the lasting impressions. I loved staying at this B&B, the only B&B I scheduled for this 30 day trip. I love the people who run it, Eva and Eduardo. I love how everything is intentional. These are people who think and who feel and if you think a little beyond, you will notice the love even in the tea cups that Eva selected for the third floor room. Everything is love, everything is intentional. I have a lot of respect for every accommodation that I selected with the exception of One, that being Bergamo. I rate this B&B, five out of five because of the intention plan and acted by Eva and Eduardo to make their home a wonderful experience for all. Please be open to that.

I stayed 2 nights at the b & b and I found myself very well in a very clean room, quiet and equipped with everything you need, Excellent hospitality, definitely will be back for the great location near the center and the station.

Excellent B&B in a central and strategic position in Brescia, comfortable and tastefully decorated room, great breakfast and professional host, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
