Bed and Breakfast La Terrazza

Do you want to sleep when you stay at a hotel? Do you prefer to not hear people talking and shouting outside your bedroom window until 2am, which begins again at 6am? Would you prefer to not hear fellow guests talking and banging around and even the sound of them urinating because the walls are so thin? Do you prefer to not hear an old vending machine buzzing loudly in the corridor outside your room all night so you can't sleep? Do you want to be blocked by the hotel owner on Whatsapp because you had these issues? Do you want to have to check out after the first night because it was so bad only to be denied a refund for the remaining 2 nights? Do you want zero customer service at a hotel where intimidating gangs hang around outside the entrance all day and night? Then by all means, stay at the disgraceful Hotel La Terrazza if you want to lose sleep and money and be treated rudely. I can't believe this hotel is even listed on booking websites.

Unreliable. Booked on the phone with this Simone well in advance a room for two people with 2 single beds (therefore separate) being two men. Asked if it was better to leave a deposit, he was told that it was fine as well. For control and confirmation I checked 3 weeks before and one week before departure if there had been any changes or misunderstandings... everything was fine. As we arrived at the station, tired with our luggage, when we arrived at the bed and breakfast we opened the room and found ourselves in front of a double bed rather than two single beds. Luckily we didn't pay for the room. And we went to a Hotel which is in via support. And it's the second time it's happened, because the last time it was due to an overbooking and he sent us to the hotel opposite Hotel Cristallo, apparently they are his colleagues. Never again.

Pro's - Clean - Inexpensive - Breakfast included - Pleasant staff Con's - Hard to locate (unmarked doors between businesses) - Not the a good area of Brescia (the area around the entrance not very pleasant, a large grouping of undesirables hanging around the station area) - Have to get keys offsite at Hotel Cristallo about 150m from the B&B - Noise all night We would not stay here again just based on location.
