Hotel Villa Kinzica

Shabby room and non-functional air conditioning, contrary to what is sold at an exorbitant price! The owner will tell you that it is a breakdown, even though he has equipped the rooms with pathetic fans and numerous comments prove otherwise! Just scandalous! Run away

Excellent service. Very dated, inadequate bathroom. Very central. Breakfast excellent and nutritionally good. Very helpful and accommodating. Just needs updating and some TLC

I stayed at Villa Kinzica and the experience was really pleasant. The location is perfect: a few steps from the lake, with a splendid and convenient view to reach the center and the boarding for Monte Isola. The property has elegant charm and a quiet atmosphere, ideal for relaxing. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. But the real strength was the breakfast: rich, varied and with fresh and quality products. A very well-kept buffet, with both sweet and savory choices, which makes the start of the day really pleasant. The staff has always been friendly, helpful and attentive to the needs of guests, helping to create a welcoming and family atmosphere. I absolutely recommend Villa Kinzica to those looking for a relaxing stay on Lake Iseo, with excellent value for money and an authentic welcome. We would stay again!
