Nh Brescia

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Igea in Brescia and would absolutely return. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the train and bus stations and close to the rental car facilities, making it easy to walk everywhere and explore the city. Everything is very centrally located and accessible. The hotel was clean, comfortable and pleasant, and I slept very well during my stay. The staff were genuinely kind, accommodating and always happy to help. I especially enjoyed being welcomed by the hotel’s little poodle, who made friends with Luke and added such a warm, personal touch to the experience. Another wonderful convenience is the free parking in the parking garage right at the train station, which made arriving and getting around especially easy. Because of the hotel’s central location near the train and bus stations, the doors are locked at night for added safety. I appreciated this thoughtful security measure and felt very comfortable during my stay. I was in Brescia for work while visiting and evaluating properties for clients, and Hotel Igea is exactly the type of hotel I feel comfortable recommending because of its central location, accessibility, cleanliness, comfort and excellent service. Thank you to the staff for making my stay so pleasant. I truly enjoyed my time there and would be happy to return! ❤️

Upon arrival, they gave me a room where there was a deafening fan noise; they did not want to change it for me. I said I would call the police, and at that point, there was the other room. In that room, there was no noise, but everything else was just as in the photos. I don't know who gives it even 4 stars... No, do not go... too expensive and terrible services. Positive note: the cleaning girls. Everything was clean and tidy.

First of all, a mention to the very courteous and helpful staff. The room for a 4-star hotel is a bit small, and the furnishings are slightly dated. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is absolutely good and adequate for a 4-star hotel. Definitely in need of renovation.
