Staff always sullen, angry that never makes a smile and does not really put the customer at ease just enough breakfast with overripe fruit almost rotten a pie miserable croissants that are chewy and the cleanliness of the room thatb did not even move the shoes to clean the floor, but they went around not to mention the dogs that are welcome but when you leave you can not leave it in the room alone, but the daily supplement if they take it very much.

Visiting Monticelli Brusati for the FAI Autumn Days, we stop at this Hotel. Very close to both the highway and the center of Brescia. Ample parking for the free car and, if desired, also the paid garage. Kind Welcoming. Very spacious room, equipped with all amenities and with small sitting area. TV with SKY channels included in the price. Comfortable bed, good sleep quality even if the walls are not soundproofed. Excellent shower and equipment in the bathroom. Good breakfast with a wide choice of croissants and savoury. Recommended.

I returned after COVID and I always found the same courtesy of the staff and the size of the room. The bathroom has been renovated that very cute but small and with a fixed gargoyle that requires the use of the 'cap provided if you do not intend to wash your hair (the old dear sliding showers were more comfortable). Double pillow (1 per guest) quite rare to find in hotels. Bravi avoid asking for it! Good and varied breakfast. Abundant and free parking. Great location for motorway and not far from city centre
