My partner and I had the pleasure of staying here over a long weekend. The purpose of our trip was a skiing break at Piani di Bobbio which is just a short 5 minute ride on the free ski bus which stops literally just around the corner (admittedly we used the car!). The hotel is small, and family run, so don't expect some of the mod-cons that come with faceless chains. However, what it lacks in facilities it more than makes up for in personal service and helpfulness. We were treated to an absolutely fantastic home cooked meal in the restaurant that would have felt right at home in any up-market restaurant. If we were to return to the Piani di Bobbio slopes, we'd definitely return to this most charming and hospitable hotel.
