Hotel Astoria

Unfortunately, the hotel deducted €200 from us due to a negative review without notifying us beforehand. The hotel did this exclusively because of a bad review. 10 days after departure, the hotel suddenly claims that we destroyed a mirror. The hotel writes that the additional costs are €50 per room. Since these are 4 different bookings, the hotel cannot charge me the amount for all rooms. The case must now unfortunately be decided by VISA, as the hotel is not cooperating and ends every phone call by immediately hanging up the receiver. It is a shame to treat your guests like that.

We stayed for three nights. Great experience: welcoming and kindness of the staff, cleanliness, small but comfortable room. European breakfast with a good variety. Great location 100 meters from the lakeside but in a low-traffic area. To be noted for a future "escape"

Hotel a few steps from the pedestrian area of Desenzano. Structure with clean rooms and functional common areas. 3-star hotel that fully meets the expected standard. The staff was very kind. I had a good time.
