Excellent location right near all the restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The only negative was the shower in my room which was very tight and shower curtain on catching me

We were on a tui package/ so booked standard twin or double room. I emailed hotel about upgrade to lake view but they wanted a very large supplement/ fair enough but i said no. When we arrived we were directed to room 31 and it had a balcony with a side lake view for no extra charge!!! Hotels main plus point is the location/ right in heart of town! Two good bars either side of front door. Our room was clean and modern and was cleaned daily. Air con is centrally controlled so if you like a very cold room this may be an issue. Breakfast is 730-1030 and is pastries, toast etc and they bring you coffee. There are seats outside. Reception staff’s all the time so it seemed safe. You pay room tax when you check out/ but you can’t go this before 7am. Negatives- lift to 1st floor only for our part of hotel, lots of steps up to our room. Lots of drilling noise - one day constant 820-6- as they are renovating a nearby building, this is not hotels fault but it was very loud. Over breakfast it was very noisy,

Booked with tui. Not offered lake view. But we were given side lake view with balcony for no extra- my tip is email hotel and ask for this. Hotel in great central place- 15 mins walk from beach and lake swimming, next to ferry port, bars either side of front door. Out room was clean and modern/ and cleaned daily. Breakfast was toast, pastries and they bring you coffee, you can sitt on terrace outside. We were on 3rd floor, no lift and lots of stairs
