Atelier Hotel

We stayed in this hotel for two nights with a 15-month-old child; the staff is kind and helpful, but there are some things that could be improved... The room had air conditioning, a double bed, a bathroom, a kitchen (not functioning), and a dining table. The bathroom lacked a bidet (which was not specified in the booking), the soap dish was half broken, but most importantly, the courtesy kit (soap, shower cap, shampoo, etc.) was missing. Another downside is the parking; it has only two parking spaces plus another 3/4 with a one-hour time disk from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, so the facility is affiliated with a parking lot 400 meters from the building. The terrace was somewhat neglected... The breakfast was normal, nothing extravagant, with cold cuts, fruit, and sweet products (croissants, cake, tart, pancakes). Since we had the child, we needed a high chair, and the facility only has 1 or 2, which they go to get 10 minutes from the hotel; one morning we were left without one. The positive thing is that it is close to the Vittoriale and the lakeside. But I honestly don't know if I would return.

The first person to welcome you is Receptionist. Maria is a wonderful person, friendly and also a great professional. He welcomed me in an excellent and sensitive way. The owner Francesco was helpful towards my basic needs and I am very grateful. Hotel is located in a strategic point. Near the pier which in my case was important. I only use public transport. Also being able to leave luggage after check out is indispensable in my case. In the room there was small refrigerator where you could put your drinks. On arrival I found two bottles of welcome water and earplugs. I had the room with window not towards the main street so I slept well. Hotel as well as many others in this area on one side are with windows on the street. It might be annoying the noise outside but making available the earplugs is a small thought detail. Hotel is renovated with modern rooms, walk-in shower and bathroom with bidet are nice and working. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. There is TV placed well. Air conditioning worked perfectly. I found the room scrambled and tidy. The breakfast room is cozy and for breakfast there is a choice of homemade cakes, fruit, eggs, ham, cheese, yogurt and other products. La Giulia, responsible for the breakfast room is very attentive to every little detail. But their icing on the cake is patio, roof top with a beautiful terrace from where you can admire all of Lake Garda. You can dine directly there or have an aperitif. I met Rosy who runs the dining area. He is a very sunny and welcoming person. I saw that there is also Bicycle Service. If you have come as in my case visit the Vittoriali degli italiani and Botanical Park you can stop at this hotel because you can walk to these points of interest without any problem. Hotel agreement with a private beach with outdoor pool. Next time I will also book this Service. I was very happy to list myself at Happy Hotel. Thanks to all the staff!

The hotel was a bit too ugly and close to the lake. It was not the same as the photos, the photos were beautiful but the Hotel was the opposite. There was also a restaurant but it was 2 km away from the Hotel, the SPA was small with a whirlpool, Turkish bath and a shower with relaxing music.
