Bellevue

We had an excellent stay at this hotel, where we had come for a Biagio Antonacci concert. It was a very beautiful discovery! The place is truly magnificent, very clean, and perfectly suited for families. You feel right at home there immediately. The staff is lovely, always smiling, available, and above all, very attentive to the guests. The light snacks offered on-site are also very good and very appreciated. The hotel is very pleasant, well-maintained, with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our stay for this concert will remain a very fond memory. We will return with great pleasure! I recommend this establishment without hesitation. Mr. & Mrs. Gaita

Avoid this hotel. The staff repeatedly treated us like we were lying, cornered us over a nonexistent room-sharing issue, and later took a guest’s key without a clear explanation, despite never doing so before. It was intrusive, unprofessional, and made us feel targeted and unwelcome. Stay at B&B Antico down the street instead. They know what real hospitality feels like.

We stayed at this property, a beautiful historic residence with lots of charm and a very well-kept park. The staff was truly courteous and helpful throughout the duration of our stay, a real strong point. The rooms are small and have somewhat dated decor; it must be said, however, that they were very clean and tidy, and with the courtesy of finding a bathrobe and slippers, an appreciated detail. The terrace where breakfast is served is stunning, with a view of the lake that alone is worth the visit. It is a pity that the breakfast itself is very basic. The pool in the park is also nice, small but clean. Unfortunately, it is really very noisy because of the main road that passes right underneath, so it is difficult to truly relax. There are very positive things but also others less so, that's why I only gave 3 dots.
