Lefay Resort & Spa Lago di Garda

Everything was wonderful. Splendid welcome and services. Excellent environment. Very kind, polite staff, always available. Spa and wellness area excellent. The lake-view room, what can I say.... The absolute best. Wonderful and super-equipped suite. Everything appropriate for the price and nothing to complain about. The only discordant note: 25 cl of sparkling water in the room minibar €6. A simple glass of wine at the La Limonaia restaurant, supermarket wine €12... it seems a bit excessive to me. The La Limonaia restaurant enjoys an excellent view (we dined on the terrace). Good food but average for any lakeside restaurant. That said, we will return. Thanks for everything and for all.

Hotel with a wonderful view, Spa with several pools with a view, very well-equipped saunas. Access to the room is complicated because you have to go down a floor from the Lobby to the Spa, cross the corridor in front of the Spa, and go up the stairs. The room is a little old but nothing that depreciates the property. The governance service is good, but it needs training; when tidying the apartment, the temperature needs to be around 23° and not too cold. Every day we stay, we need to open the balcony window to let in warm air and equalize the temperature. It is necessary to put in all hotels in this category a small rug with slippers next to the bed so as not to step directly on the cold floor. The breakfast restaurant is excellent with several egg options, fruits, breads, cold cuts. The dinner is also very good with a delicious eggplant appetizer, an excellent Milanese risotto, in addition to the very helpful staff. The hotel's luxury restaurant has a very polite and proactive waitstaff, like the breakfast restaurant staff, but in my opinion, the food is not suitable for a hotel. The hotel reception is adequate but not charming. There is no separate reception from the concierge, which can make the concierge part lacking. We asked for a suggestion for a restaurant with a view, they recommended one, but the table they reserved didn't have a view and was the worst in the restaurant, besides the restaurant's transport on the way there being very hot in the car and on the way back driving too fast. Hotels of this level anywhere in the world, the concierge cares about these details. The Spa has a very good facility, but the service could be friendlier, which discourages the guest from using the services. I think the hotel deserves greater care from management or owners regarding staff training, as they are good, but need polishing and a reevaluation of the luxury restaurant, trying to contextualize it. The boat trip on the lake was great, congratulations on choosing Mauro's company and the boatman Adriano!!!

Unforgettable experience and service beyond expectations. My wife and I celebrated the most beautiful wedding anniversary of our 15 years! Thank you
