Pleasantly surprised. Lovely spacious room. Nice big and comfortable bed. The air conditioning works after proper. Room is neat and clean in 'antique style' , suits.the whole. Bathroom clean and very spacious. Great staff. Very friendly Top location.. 10 min walk to historic center. 15 min. walk to the como- lake

We were greeted outside the hotel by an older, extremely energetic and welcoming, member of staff, who helped us park in the hotel courtyard. And that was just the start The hotel is small, and very cosy., authentic original decor, with altogether wonderful staff members, always available, helpful, offering excellent advice on trips, restaurants etc. We felt very welcome and at ease. A truly wonderful experience 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

On behalf of our group I would like to personally thank Lorenzo, Gian Luca and Billy for their warm and friendly welcome, they would always help with a smile and their personalities shone and made our stay at the hotel a positive and enjoyable experience. They are a credit to the hotel and whilst they maintained a professional approach they felt like friends. Thank you Lorenzo, Gian Luca and Billy (who made us laugh the most!) This hotel is ideally located. The pool was a blessing as the weather was very warm. The service was very good and the staff were always very helpful. We would recommend this hotel.
