Villa Maria B&B

We loved this place. The hosts were so very helpful. The house was out of this world. Apparently it is a house that has been in the family for generations, & is full of beautiful things. Made a big change from the run of the mill hotel! Breakfast in the garden was great.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay and the owners where amazing. We got upgraded to the master suite, which was a real treat. And the views of the lake are incredible. Breakfast in the morning is a good spread and it’s served outside in the gardens under the trees - I’d guess, weather permitting. Plus it’s a quick walk into Lierna and a shorts drive to Varenna.

A Bauhaus style house in a beatiful garden on the lake shore, with large rooms and a breath taking view on the lake. Cozy atmosphere and as a plus the enchanting landscape to enjoy during your breakfast.
