A good family hotel, good value for money, abundant breakfast and dinner, welcoming staff, standard cleanliness, we will be back.

The hotel location is perfect. You pay for the views and location not for an actual hotel. Hotel it self is horrible, not a 4 star hotel for sure. Food - I was avoiding most of my time i stayed there as i have an allergy and most dishes not even labelled correctly. Coffee - avoid drinking as its instant coffee from the machine. Rooms are super outdated, but beds been comfy. Its a dog friendly hotel, so if you whant a peaceful hotel, its not a case as dogs bark a lot and loud. Entertainment - is there any at all? The team who does 'entertainment' please learn how to do so properly. Its sad to even watch it. Reception team is super nice, well done to them as i had so many question about location, and they been super helpful. Restaurant team - please have a people who could speak english, I've been striggling with them so much. Overall - the location is perfect, 15min walk to Limone town centre, beautiful views, nice beach with amazing lake water, the rest - lots of improvemnets needed

Modern and pleasant reception and restaurant, old-fashioned rooms, bedding needs to be changed. Fortunately, the food and services as well as the staff make up for the standard of the rooms. Ideal location, shuttle to go to Limone too small, otherwise a very pleasant stay.
