Poor service, frozen tiramisu, the waiter was trying to be funny when it wasn't appropriate... never again

Great hotel both for location and for structure. I had booked a new comfort room, but instead they assigned me a very spacious Junior Suite recently renovated (I believe last year) equipped with all comforts, 4 windows, and a nice balcony. At the time of departure, I told the owner that I had a problem with a fuel dispenser: it did not dispense diesel but a receipt came out, the problem was that the following day (our departure) the dispenser was closed for rest. Well, without any hesitation, the owner took the receipt and refunded me 30 euros. Not everyone does that!!! P.S. convenient and spacious parking just a few meters away in a full ZTL.

Among the best hotels in Livigno. It is located in the center (ZTL) and to access by car or motorcycle, it is necessary to obtain authorization from the hotel. Friendly and pleasant staff. Super top rooms. Impeccably clean and tastefully furnished. Extremely comfortable bed. Excellent cuisine.
